Used to go to another place since I was a kid and decided to try a new place. I’m not the most decisive person when it comes to frames but Heather made it easier for me by presenting and narrowing down the best frames for me. She’s so knowledgeable and personable and so is the rest of their staff! Highly recommend!

My fiancé highly recommends Optical Image, they make sure he looks and feels good in his glasses each and every time! He gets all his high end sunglasses there. He even customizes them to match his obsession with orange and blue. I know he feels like a superstar every time he leaves there with a new pair of glasses or sunglasses!! I tried Optical Image because I saw the great reviews and I was not disappointed! The entire staff from selecting frames to picking up and making adjustments was excellent… kind, patient, and friendly. I will definitely be back. I have since been back to Optical Image and continue to receive wonderful customer service. Particularly, Heather and Jess have been so helpful. It’s nice to find a business these days that takes such pride in customer satisfaction.

My best find!!!!!! The staff at Optical Image are not only so experienced, but have great taste and so much patience!!! I walked out with frames I never would have picked on my own. Never felt pressure or a push. It was a fun shopping experience and I enjoy reading with my new glasses now more than ever. Heather and Jessica are fantastic to work with.

I very highly recommend Optical Image in Plainview. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Heather Baruch always has her customers' best interest in mind. Recently, I visited the store to get my eye glass prescription evaluated and new glasses. Heather, Jessica and Sarah, as always, were exceptionally helpful in choosing a frame.
